Economy lane
Typically 10–18 days. The clock starts at the courier’s first scan, not at payment. Shipping is not included in kit prices.
Express
Express shipping is a separate quote. Include a request for express in your order email.
Destinations
Some countries require the buyer to clear customs. Those destinations are refused and are not offered. We confirm whether your destination is served before requesting payment.
Packaging & dispatch
Each kit contains 10 vials. Packaging is plain, with no supplier brand and no flyer. After USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) payment is confirmed, the paid order is forwarded to our supplier, who ships the kit directly to the recipient. Nothing ships before payment confirms.
Seized parcels
A parcel seized by customs is replaced with a new kit. The remedy is replacement, not a payment reversal.
Refused delivery
A refused delivery is not a seizure and is not replaced.
